Rahul Aijaz is a writer, filmmaker and journalist based in Pakistan. His short film 'A Train Crosses the Desert' was screened in four countries in festivals such as Jaipur International Film Festival (2021) and the South Asian International Film Festival (2020). It was further nominated in festivals in India and Turkey. He has extensively worked as a culture journalist covering Pakistani film industry. As a filmmaker, he has completed a screenwriting fellowship under Locarno Film Festival and Vidhi Films as well as Film Talents fellowship, organized by Goethe-Institut Pakistan.
